Introduction

In this episode, we are talking to Lauren MacLean,, a primary school teacher who started her own consulting business to help teachers learn how to integrate outdoor learning into their daily routine. I can’t wait for her to tell you about her Teach Outdoors philosophy as well as her children’s book, Me and My Sit Spot.

  1. At the moment, I know you do workshops in BC (Alberta and Ontario - I travel throughout different parts of Canada), but how could a teacher try to implement this if they were further away?

  1. What would you say to a parent who finds it challenging to see this as academic and thinks it’s just playing?

  1. What are some of the social-emotional improvements you’ve noticed?
